Good News! Currently, we are hiring professional drivers with at least three months of recent solo, OTR driving experience.
With 3 - 6 months OTR, you can start at 34 cpm. If you have more experience, you can earn up to 40 cpm plus $40 tarp pay. We give raises when you achieve levels of “Melton Miles” – up to 46 cpm!
All company drivers receive a full benefits package including BCBS health, vision, and dental insurance.
