Pay,Home Time and Power:Starting Pay include Tarp and Safety bonus. Limited area Sign on bonus. We offer additional pay to help our drivers increase their earnings. For System 1 drivers, we offer home most weekends with a 24 to 36 hours home time. If you want to run more miles, choosing our System 2 fleet will get you home every 10 to 14 days with a 36-48 hr home time. We also have a Lease Purchase where you decide home time and your earnings. During good economic times company drivers averaged 2,300 miles weekly. Our goal for the System fleet is to earn $50,000. These past two years our top earner made over $69,000. Hornady Transportation continues to upgrade its fleet with new trucks and trailers. Our new trucks are International 9200 series with air-ride suspensions. Qualcomm communications are included for your convenience and to help everybody make more money. Our units also have Prepass with Easypass so scales stops are limited.

Hornady Transportation has been family owned and operated since 1928. As a flatbed carrier, we haul building materials and steel product east of the Rockies. We stay out of Canada and do not go into Mexico. We currently have OTR, Dedicated and Lease Purchase positions. Our System 1 fleet will get you home most weekends (70%-80%). Our System 2 will have you home every 10-14 days. Our new trucks are air ride Internationals 9200 series 72" Hi-Rise sleepers with 435 hp engines. We, also, operate Freightliner Columbia air-ride units. If you have a safe place to park, you drive the unit home. We do not slip seat. Currently we offer a $2000 Sign On bonus and starting pay up to .42 cpm.
