RJW Transport is seeking experienced and haz-mat licensed owner-operators to run in our Midwest regional van/reefer operation based in Woodridge, IL. The Midwest regional fleet is primarily owner-operators that get home on weekends and for the most part stay in the Midwest, no NYC and no Northeast. Compensation starts at $1.05/mile + 100% FSC on loaded miles for trips 400 miles or less in length. Empty miles pay $0.88/mile and additional stops pay $35/each for the first three additional stops and $50/each for the 4th additional stop and all additional stops after that. Also, you will pull company-owned trailers at no cost to you. RJW also offers a safety/productivity bonus of $0.02/mile and we offer insurance policies for your truck, cargo and liability insurance are provided at no charge and we offer the following insurance policies at a discounted rate: physical damage, bobtail, passenger, occupational accident and a deductible buy-back plan. Settlements are done weekly, there is no forced dispatch and owner-operators have an assigned fleet manager. Also, we offer fuel tax, base plate and fuel discount programs.
